Established in 2013 as Ceynox Networks (Pvt) Ltd by experienced and capable professionals in the field, A Plus Technologies reviously known as JAT Technologies came in to being in May 2015 with the acquisition of Ceynox Networks by JAT Holdings PLC.
Since then A Plus Technologies has been committed to develop and deliver excellent business solutions, aiming to increase end user revenue, enhance satisfaction and provide a real competitive edge to its customers.
The customer base of A plus Technologies has expanded in a short period which now includes large Telecom operators, Telco Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Government institutions and small and medium-scale enterprises.

Tyrone Gunawardene
Tyrone counts over 37 years of multi-faceted experience in business management. He holds a diploma in Business Management from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura.
He serves as a Director of Industrial Control Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., involved in industrial automation solutions for the quipment used in the Port, marine and industrial manufacturing sectors and agents for Cavotech and Nidec in Sri Lanka. He also serves as the director/shareholder of Flexospan Steel Buildings Pvt Ltd., involved in pre-engineered steel buildings and Storage Solutions (Racking Systems).
Ushantha Thilakarathna
DIRECTOR/ CEO/ SHAREHOLDER
Mr Ushantha Thilakarathna is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with over 28 years of experience in the telecommunication service industry. He also holds an MBA from the Post Graduate Institute of Marketing, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He has a decade of work experience in the Telecom Industry, and was formerly Chief Operating Officer at Tritel Services (Pvt) Ltd. and a Directors at Tritel Technologies. His corporate and technology expertise stands him in good stead in his current position as the CEO and Director of JAT Technologies and is an immense value-addition to the company.
Aelian Gunawardene
SHAREHOLDER
Mr Aelian Gunawardene heads JAT Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. as its Managing Director. A qualified specialist in marketing and management strategy, he has applied his management savvy to drive JAT Holdings progressively forward. With twenty years of extensive experience in the challenging fields of management and marketing, he is well known for steering the business to the vanguard of the industry. He holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.
Richard Gunawardene
DIRECTOR
A marketing professional with multifaceted experience within and outside the JAT Group, Richard brings a youthful dynamism to the organization and has contributed towards fostering an agile and innovation-driven culture. Commencing his career at JAT as a marketing executive, Richard rapidly rose through the ranks to his current position of Head of Marketing – a role he has held for the last 2 years. He has been instrumental in the Group’s success in Sri Lanka and overseas, leveraging on his marketing expertise in foreign regions.
